I'm originally from Peru and 4th generation Japanese. I'm a single mother of 3 kids (but not too single now because I'm in a relationship). I came here when I was 20 years old while my parents were still living in Japan. I fell in love with this country that has plenty of opportunities and great people. I've always been surrounded with great examples of life.
It took me a lot of effort to learn English and then make it through college. I believe that education is important and in my 20s I invested all I earned from different businesses I had in Peru to pay for my education. I went to LDS business college and got my associate's in business and a certificate on accounting and sales and then I went to BYU to study business.
I started my first flip in Nov 2018. I was flipping 10 houses at a time until COVID hit and I lost my grandmother, my dad, and my mom. That situation forced me to take a break and changed my perspective of life forever. I’m more focused now on bettering myself, bringing value, and blessing other peoples lives.
I flip, wholesale, and develop real estate.
