Ben Waller grew up in Wisconsin, and moved to Utah in 2009 to attend the University of Utah where he received his bachelors in Entrepreneurship. He also went back to the University of Utah and received his Master’s in Real Estate Development. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, his favorite hobby is boating and the board game Apples to Apples was started in his basement when he was growing up.

Ben Waller is a Managing Partner at Monument Real Estate Capital. He started his career as a residential real estate agent in 2010, and built up his own multifamily portfolio on the side. He has raised over $4 million in private equity for multifamily projects and is now working towards having 5,000 multifamily units under management.
