About the Utah REIA... 

Who We Are—

The Utah Real Estate Investors Association (Utah REIA) is a Chapter of the National Real Estate Investors Association (National REIA). Our membership consists of a variety of professionals who are interested in forming key relationships and learning strategies that result in successful real estate ventures.  Professionals include: landlords, property managers, real estate investors, real estate salespersons, real estate brokers, and any business who has customers from those previously listed.

When We Do It—

The Utah REIA holds five regular monthly events:

• Rise Club Capital (Virtually) Learn About Commercial Syndicated Deals Monday 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
• Utah Investor Meetups are held live the FIRST Thursday from 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Club 90 - 9065 Monroe Street, Sandy, UT 84070.
• Monthly Mid-Day Meetings are held SECOND Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Zion Technology Center 7860 Bingham Jct Blvd,Midvale, UT 84047
• Utah Wholesale Meetups (Virtually) are held virtually the SECOND Thursday from 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Main Monthly Meetings are held FOURTH Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Salt Lake Community College, Miller Campus, Karen Gail Miller Conference Center - 9750 South 300 West, Sandy, UT 84070. Virtual attendance option available.
