We as Real Estate Investors love to invest close to home for many reasons.  Not only is it familiar, but it's comfortable, easy to monitor, and sometimes more profitable.  So, why would we ever invest out of state?

For the November Utah REIA Networking Luncheon, Earl Cline, Real Estate Broker and Certified Investment Coach, will be walking us through why investing out of state can be so beneficial.

During his presentation, Earl will walk us through:

WHY WOULD ANYONE INVEST OUT OF STATE?
