The Three Keys to Seller-Financed Deals - Webinar

with... Jeff Breglio

a presentation on how to finance a property without using a bank

Tuesday, July 14, 2020 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Seller Financing is when the mortgage lender or bank is eliminated and the seller directly finances the property to the buyer.

There can be many benefits to both sides of the transaction including, but not limited to -

TO THE SELLER:
  • Getting a property to sell faster
  • May be able to sell the house "as is"
  • Could get a better interest rate than other investments
TO THE BUYER:
  • Seller financing lets people who might not be able to secure a mortgage buy a home
  • The closing process may be cheaper and faster
  • The down payment can be whatever the buyer and seller agree upon
As there are different types of seller financing and a wide variety of ways one can put terms together, Jeff Breglio, RE Attorney - is presenting at the July Networking Luncheon to provide guidance and direction.

During his presentation, Jeff will answer the following questions:
  1. What kind of seller financing am I doing?
  2. What terms do I need to discuss with sellers?
  3. How do I close and manage a seller-financed property?
