He has extensive experience in operations management, business development and sales within real estate and previously the outdoor industry. Throughout his real estate career he has focused on providing clients with the maximum return on investment while constantly improving operations platforms to gain efficiencies. Jon previously held a management role at JG Real Estate in Philadelphia where he managed evolving operations of a rapidly growing client base. He has a BA in political science from the University of Vermont.
