SLCC, Miller Campus, MFEC #203

As a buy and hold investor, you may love the benefit of "mailbox money".  But, it certainly doesn't come without work.

You work hard to find the right deal, the right funding/terms, the right contractors, and the right tenants.

But, then "curve balls" are thrown and what first seemed to be the perfect tenant, is turning into a nightmare.  What do you do?

During the February Utah REIA Networking Luncheon, Jon Neviaser, General Manager for Rize Property Management, will be providing a presentation on how to manage tenants when they become unmanageable.  During his presentation, Jon will feature solutions to the following tenant problems:

  • Non-Payment – Notices, Evictions, Collections
  • Non-Compliance – People, Pets, Neighbors
  • Navigating Lease Breaks
  • Determining Responsibility for Maintenance
