Lisa Field Moore, a real estate investor since 2017, owns 7 multi-family properties in Utah and Colorado with her husband, Jon. With a Finance degree and MBA, she retired from a 15-year career as a Financial Analyst in December 2021 to focus on real estate. Beyond investments, Lisa loves traveling and mountain adventures like skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, backpacking, and dirt biking.

MANNY SERANO

Manny worked in the food industry as a Chef for 13 years and was introduced to Real Estate in 2019 as a side job. Finally in 2021 it became his full time job. Manny and his wife have moved several times and that is how he started implementing the House Hack Strategy. It is an amazing strategy to get into Real Estate and build wealth. They still practice it and last year they were able to reach the 1M in equity among his properties.
They started buying, keeping and selling single family homes in Utah since 2016 when they bought their first primary Home. They have been using the House Hack strategy to start building their rental portfolio instead of paying rent. Manny is passionate about learning, getting to know investors and serving in the Real Estate industry and his community. He joined SLREIA in 2021 and he likes to serve, connect with people, network and help others to achieve their dreams as well. Manny is a Soccer fan and likes to spend time with his wife and his 4 kids as much
as he can.

Has been in the mortgage industry and with Village Mortgage since 2009. They are a family-owned business. As a mortgage broker, she has access to more than just the most normal or average conforming loans.
