In real estate investing, it is commonly known that the bigger the investment, the opportunity for a bigger return.  This is a big reason why investing in commercial real estate is popular among investors, or perhaps is a goal.

At the Utah REIA February Main Monthly Meeting, Josh Zieglowsky, a commercial real estate expert, is coming to address beginning to advanced investors on how to get into commercial real estate and how to stay above the competition.

MORE ABOUT JOSH:  Josh Zieglowsky is the founder and president of The Chandler Group. He has built The Chandler Group into an integrated and successful firm. Mr. Zieglowsky's primary responsibilities includes asset and portfolio management, broker relations, investor and client relations, banking relations, economic and demographic trends, market analysis, due diligence oversight, financing oversight, acquisition and disposition strategies, transaction oversight and business development. 

In 2019 alone, The Chandler Group purchased over $7M in assets which they are set to purchase over $15M in 2020. In one case, they bought a strip center for $2M in August 2019 where they already have increased value to $3.4M. 

When Josh isn’t working in RE, he’s spending time with his wife Taryn of 19 years and 4 kids( 2 boys, 2 girls). Josh grew in Morgan, UT where he was a multi sport athlete but his love was in basketball. Now, years later, he donates his time in coaching his two older boys on how to be a better basketball player and person. Josh is a big proponent in having coaches with having success in sports through coaches. In 2003, he had our own Jeff Rappaport coach him to success in residential real estate. In 2015 to today, he is continually coached on how to succeed in the realm of Commercial RE. One thing you should know about Josh is he is a big dude but huge teddy bear.
