Mr. Zieglowsky's primary responsibilities includes asset and portfolio management, broker relations, investor and client relations, banking relations, economic and demographic trends, market analysis, due diligence oversight, financing oversight, acquisition and disposition strategies, transaction oversight and business development. Josh is a big proponent in having coaches with having success in sports through coaches. In 2003, he had our own Jeff Rappaport coach him to success in residential real estate.
