How to Maximize the $$$ on the Sale/Refi of your Multifamily Investment (6:30pm live, 7pm virtual)

with... Jon Neviaser

a presentation about maximizing the return on your multifamily investment...

Tuesday, August 23, 2022 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
SLCC, Miller Campus, KGMC
9750 South 300 West Sandy, UT 84070

Generally speaking, the bigger the investment you make in real estate, the bigger the return.  This is largely why a LOT of investors are interested in multifamily properties.

However, many investors are faced with a lot of questions when investing in such projects.  Questions such as:  What improvements make sense to maximize the value of a multifamily property?  How much rent increase can I justify based on this increase of value?  Should I hang onto a multifamily asset long-term - or would it be better to "flip" a property after renovations are completed?

During the August Main Monthly Meeting, Jon Neviaser, General Manager and Principal for Rize Property Management will be sharing with us "How to Maximize the $$$ on the Sale/Refi of your Multifamily Investment" that will answer a lot of these (and many more!) questions.

During his presentation, Jon will address:
  • Cap rates and today’s market
  • Get paid on the rehab
  • It’s not just about – other income is gold
  • Real life case studies
  • Bring it all together to maximize value at the sale (or refi)
