About Your Host: Diego Baez is a well-known real estate investor who began his journey at just 17 years old, alongside his dad, Norberto Baez. While still in high school, Diego purchased his first investment properties.

Over the past three years, he and his dad have successfully acquired and flipped over 35 properties. The dream of owning a business took shape when COVID started. Diego switched to online schooling, allowing him to work in construction during the day and complete his homework in the evenings. During this time, he discovered his passion for the construction business and his outgoing nature.
