At the current moment of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is noticed people are starting to go back to "normal".  People are going back to work, gyms and pools are now open, parks are open, retail shopping is open.  Only a few things remain closed...

In the world of commerce, many have noticed the different trends created by consumers.  Recently, National REIA posted the article, "How Are Consumers Spending Differently During Coronavirus Pandemic? " However, what about the trends in real estate?  Specifically locally?  And where are they taking us?

During the June Main Monthly Meeting, the Utah REIA is hosting a panel of local industry leaders to lead a discussion on "Market Conditions After COVID-19."
