Jon is the General Manager & Principal for Rize Property Management. He has successfully led the team since 2015 through periods of extensive growth focused on maximizing client net income while providing safe and functional housing for residents. Under his leadership, Rize has grown to manage over $200 million of multi and single-family assets. He has extensive experience in operations management, business development, and sales within real estate and previously the outdoor industry. Throughout his real estate career he has focused on providing clients with the maximum return on investment while constantly improving operations platforms to gain efficiencies.
