General observations: Home needs some love, but has a solid start. Major needs are a new roof. There is a leak from the roof into the master bathroom. 1 window needs replacement, the rest have been done. There is a 6-foot section of soffit and facia to be addressed. Interior needs include the standard cosmetic updates (paint, flooring, kitchen, bathroom updates, doors, hardware and patching a few holes).
