Highlights and general observations:
Overall, the home is in good condition and makes for a relatively inexpensive flip. Basement is fully finished. Mechanical items looked good. Has newer kitchen cabinets and granite counters that can be kept. Upstairs bathroom is in good condition with a good vanity, floor, bathtub (I couldn’t inspect downstairs bathroom because someone was in the shower). There is one bedroom that was in bad condition (perhaps a child with some anger issues?) and many of the doors have holes in them (again…anger issues from a child?). They also have a few to many pets in the home, so there is pet odor. But new carpet and paint can easily correct that problem. The primary needs are carpet, paint, interior doors, a couple windows, and some drywall patches.
