ABOUT CHRISTOPHER HUFFMAN:  Christopher Huffman is the Owner of AIM Capital, a Utah-based multifamily acquisitions company, with the prime emphasis on raising capital across the Country using strategic underwriting. Christopher and his team have raised over $20 million dollars through various projects, with a passion for helping everyday people to see how simple investing can really be. He also owns Return Development, a Utah-based Development company, and sits as one of nine Directors on a Private Foundation exceeding $500 million in assets.

Christopher has been married to his incredible wife Lexie for five years, and is father to three daughters (ages 3, 2, & 1) – yes, all three under three! After graduating from Utah State, Christopher, and his family completely remodeled a home in Holladay, Utah, where they now reside. Christopher enjoys spending time with family hiking, Lake Powell boating trips, is an avid golfer, actively competes in Spartan races, and is a former Alpine Ski Racer, to which he competed to join the Jr. Olympics when he was young. Christopher and his wife Lexie are fervently involved in supporting several charities focused on families affected by Cancer and the NICU at Primary Children Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
