BRRRR Before It Was Cool - Webinar

with... Tim Watcke

a presentation for investors wishing to build passive income over time

Tuesday, August 11, 2020 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Are you an investor who would like to build passive income over time?

If so, have you considered using the BRRRR Method?

The BRRRR Method stands for "buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat."  How this works is that an investor will purchase a property, and then fix it up to where it can be rented out.  After the investor has held onto the property for sometime, and a good amount of equity has been built - the investor can then refinance the property to pull the equity out to then purchase another property.

Sound interesting?  If so, join the Utah REIA for the August Networking Luncheon where Tim Watcke, Owner/Broker at Rise Development will present, "BRRRR Before It Was Cool."

During his presentation, Tim will share with us:
  • Turning a duplex bought via seller financing at 16 into a real estate empire
  • Tips to build wealth while legally paying the bare minimum in taxes
  • Scaling from SFR flips, to small apartments to ground up development
