Wednesday, September 25th is the date to mark your calendar for the 6th Annual Utah REIA Annual Expo. The objective this year is to help you learn how to increase your wealth exponentially with apartments and other multi-family properties.This year's featured presenter is Multifamily Expert Anthony Chara.A LITTLE ABOUT MR. CHARA: Anthony Chara is a seasoned Real Estate investor that has successful investing and property management experience dating back to 1993. Mr. Chara turned to Apartments full time in 2004 and currently owns or has syndicated over 1800 apartment units with a total asset value in excess of $43MM ranging from 31 units in Pennsylvania to 410 unit, 4-property portfolio in Indianapolis.Presently, he's managing partner of Apartment Mentors and founder of Success Classes. During the past 20 years, he has owned or managed several successful multi-million dollar companies.Mr. Chara started his teaching career in September, 2006, in order to educate both the beginning investor and more sophisticated investors about how to successfully invest in Apartments and Multi-Units.Mr. Chara also volunteers and supports several worthy charities such as the American Red Cross, Denver Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity, St Jude Children’s Hospital and the Wounded Warrior Project.In addition to Mr. Chara, the line-up of speakers will include the following individuals:
