A big reason for investing in real estate is the money!  Especially, the passive money!!

A popular strategy to obtain passive income is to buy and hold properties and collect "mailbox money."  However, with every reward, there is a risk....especially when managing tenants!

Join us for the February Networking Luncheon and learn from Jon Neviaser, General Manager for Rize Property Management for his presentation on, "The Risks and Rewards of Landlording."

During his presentation, Jon will discuss the following:
  • Why Good Property = Good Renters
  • How to Screen to Find the Best Renters
  • A Discussion on Pets:  The Good, the Bad, and the Assistance Animal
  • A Discussion on Fair Housing Laws and Why They Matter
  • Why Residential Real Estate is a Timeless Investment
