A few years back, we had the pleasure of meeting Jay Tobey - a representative for Reeder Asset Management whose assignment it was to staff the Vendor Table in the back of the room at Utah REIA meetings.
After Jay left Reeder Asset Management, we weren't sure what happened to him. A few months ago, the Utah REIA got a text message from Jay indicating that we wouldn't believe what he was able to do with the knowledge obtained from the Utah REIA meetings and that he'd be willing to share his story.
Here comes the July Networking Luncheon. At this event, we will learn from Jay what he learned at the Utah REIA meetings that was so powerful, how he used that information to make money, and what advice he has for fellow investors.
A LITTLE ABOUT JAY TOBEY: Jay Tobey always wanted to learn about investing so he started working for Reeder property management company. Where he was mentored by the CEO Cody on real estate investing. Through his interactions with other investors he learned about Private Equity & Business investing. He now runs an investment company GAIN$$ and has raised 45MM+ of capital. He has invested in 38 businesses & owns 126 doors of real estate.
