ABOUT ELIOT WARD:
Having sourced, underwritten, and closed on hundreds of millions of dollars worth of apartment buildings from across the US from California to Florida, Eliot is an expert on Multifamily acquisitions. He originally started working in commercial real estate in 2003 with Jones Lang LaSalle working in tenant representation.

In addition to acquiring Multifamily for value-add strategies, he has also been a multi-unit developer working at Clark Reality Capital to develop large scale Multifamily projects through Public Private Ventures and the United States Navy.

Eliot was a Broker in California and is currently a licensed agent in Utah. He has also had operational roles and done M&A. He received an undergrad from BYU studying finance and then received an MBA from m UVA studying real estate and finance. He has 4 children and lives in Draper, UT.
