ABOUT MIKE BRENNY: In 1999 after graduating from college I moved to Hawaii and started flipping homes almost by accident, buying a condo next to my residence I went over in the evenings after work doing what we know call a CPA (carpet, paint appliance). After making more than 50% of my annual income on that investment a light bulb turned on and I decided to pursue real estate more seriously. Since then I have done many things in the real estate industry, I’ve originated hundreds of loans as a loan officer and oversaw the origination of thousands of loans as a principal lending manger, I’ve closed hundreds of retail real estate transactions as a real estate agent which allowed me to obtain my broker’s license and start my own real estate brokerage, Sequoia Real Estate Partners. I’ve flipped and wholesaled hundreds of properties ranging in price from $4,000 to $7,500,000 million. Currently I am finishing up an 8 unit new construction condo project in Sugarhouse along with 5 SFR flips in various stages of construction along the Wasatch front. In 2019 I’ll be starting a 50 unit vertical construction project in Eden, UT and am always looking for the next good deal, large or small. I’ve been married to a beautiful woman for the last 15 years and we have 4 kids ranging in age from 7 to 13. We live in Lehi, UT.
