A LITTLE ABOUT TRACEY MAY:  Real Estate Investor and Mortgage Broker at NEXA Mortgage with 25 years’ experience Tracey May has worked at both of Utah's big credit unions and decided to branch out on her own as a Mortgage Broker in 2021 realizing the big potential for growth and access to some of the best loan programs the industry has to offer. With over 180 lenders and niche investor programs such as Non-QM, DSCR, 1099, Self Employed Borrowers, Bank Statement Loans and all the conventional loan programs available she is helping more people become homeowners and teaching them how to leverage real estate and become investors. Passionate about creative financing for investors she’s had the opportunity as a wholesaler and investor to negotiate many seller financing deals for her clients and investors.
