Have you ever wanted to flip a property, but were too afraid to pull the trigger in fear of losing money?

OR
Have you ever flipped a property and lost money?
OR
Have you ever flipped a property and though you should have made more money?

In real estate, our whole objective is to make money!  But, we have to know the right numbers in order to do this.

For the March Main Monthly Meeting, we have invited Matthew Nelson, and expert rehabber and artist when it comes to number crunching when flipping real estate, to come and address the Utah REIA to help us learn "How to Make More Money on your Next Flip by Reducing Costs!"

During his presentation, Matthew will guide us through:
1. Analyzing rehab costs from an expert rehabber
2. Choosing the right finishes and materials to max profit
3. Controlling contractors to reduce third party costs and reduce problems

ABOUT MATTHEW NELSON:  I grew up in California and was dragged to Utah kicking and screaming by my wife 8 years ago. Now I am very proud to call Utah my home. I started investing after my first child was born over 5 years ago. Since I started investing in real estate, my real estate career has had steady growth. I have developed many streams of income with real estate. I am a house flipper, wholesaler, money lender, real estate agent, and enjoy long-term strategies like rentals. Out of everything I am doing, I enjoy flipping houses the most. I have now finished over 75 flips and have created a system that regularly turns out six-figure net profit flips. I love the freedom real estate gives me to spend time with family and enjoy my hobbies of Utah football and traveling.

ABOUT THE SPONSOR:  Pure Maintenance utilizes a patented Dry Fog technology to provide a green, demolition-free, and time-and-cost effective approach to remediating mold. Their EPA registered, non-toxic product is diffused throughout every part of a home, killing all visible and invisible mold, restoring the air quality to healthy levels and removing unwanted smells. The final step in their process is to diffuse another EPA registered product that makes each surface anti-microbial for 90-days.
