As real estate investors, we are often presented with shining opportunities.

However, these opportunities may dim if we find ourselves without the necessary credit score to obtain a loan.

During the April Networking Luncheon, Cathi Hughes, Certified Freddie Mac Instructor, will teach us how the Credit Scoring System works and governs our lives.  During her presentation, Cathi will show us:

  • Best Way to Establish
  • How to Raise Scores for Lowest Rates
  • Landing on your feet after Credit Disaster
  • Avoiding Credit that Lowers your Scores
  • Looking through the lenders eyes
Attendees will walk away with an understanding how to qualify for the best financing and to qualify prospective buyers/tenants.

More About Cathi:  Cathi Hughes has lived and worked in the Salt Lake Valley for 22 years; first as a Lender, then as a Realtor.
