with... Steve McCleery

a presentation sharing who should be on a development project and how everyone works together...

Tuesday, August 9, 2022 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
SLCC, Miller Campus, MFEC #203
9750 South 300 West Sandy, UT 84070

Land development projects are exciting and can be very profitable for everyone involved.

However, who exactly is (or should be) involved on a land development project?  Also, how does everyone work together to ensure the success and profitability of the project?

To answer these questions, we have Steve McCleery, Senior Principal for Sanctuary Development Group, joining us for the August Networking Luncheon to present, "How to Connect All the Players on a Development."

During his presentation, Steve will share with us:
*What makes a deal
*Why can’t you put a price before city approval
*How to make deals find you
*Why you should never risk your own money
*How to find the end buyers

A LITTLE ABOUT STEVE MCCLEERY:  Steve has been navigating the real estate land development space for the last 7 years. His experience spans everything from commercial development to small infill residential. He has played every role from developer, investor, consultant, to listing agent. His business theology is to help landowners increase position as well as value throughout the development process. Beyond day to day operations in development he is currently building and launching a technology that simplifies the development acquisition and disposition process.

Steve lives in Draper with his wife Mackenzie and three kids. A boy (Sage 6) and two girls (Layla 3, Quinn 1). He enjoys anything sporty, outdoorsy, or active. His personal motto that carries into everything he does is "How would this matter if I died tomorrow and would this matter in a thousand years?" He believes it keeps money, people, purpose, and impact in their proper order. He believes life is an alignment and stewardship not an accumulation of ownership.
