with... Earl Cline

a presentation on how to effectively execute a management project...

Tuesday, June 14, 2022 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
SLCC, Miller Campus, MFEC #203

A real estate syndication is when a group of investors pools together their capital to jointly purchase a large real estate property. Apartments, mobile home parks, land, self-storage units and other real estate assets are some of the investment opportunities available through real estate syndications.

When many real estate investors pool their resources, the bigger the opportunity lies ahead.  That's why syndications are so attractive.

If you are interested in either investing in a syndication or starting you own, there are a few things you should know including the identification of General Partners, Limited Partners, the acquisition strategy, the exit strategy, and the split of profit.  In the end, if the General Partners make money (especially more than anticipated), chances are these individuals will come back to the table again and again to do more deals.

For the June Networking Luncheon, we have invited Earl Cline, Broker/Owner of Summit Real Estate, to share with us the details of one of his latest syndication deals and how he and his team were able to "Generate Over 120% Annualized Returns for our General Partners MF Property."

During his presentation, Earl will share with us:
How we found the property
How we analyzed and underwrote the property
Negotiation highlights
Managing to completion
Maximizing value at a sale
