In your decision to pursue real estate investing, was there ever a fellow investor, who by their success, influenced you to pursue this path?
Did you ever wonder about their journey and what made them so successful?
This month, the Utah REIA Main Monthly Meeting will feature a panel of four successful real estate investors who will share with us their journey. These investors are:
Jordan Atkin
Jordan Atkin has been involved in real estate full time since 2010.
Since then he has gained experience in rentals, flipping, new construction, apartments and raising capital.
Jordan currently manages TAG SLC which is a real estate investment and development company focused on multi-family infill projects.
Michael Burns
Michael Burns and the Burnz Team are involved in several facets of the real estate business.
The investing side of their business focuses on single family flips and a self-managed rental portfolio. They also service the retail side of the business with a real estate sales team and mortgage operation. Michael is always striving to do more and get better.
Tyler Tolbert
From his teen years Tyler knew he wanted to be a real estate investor focused on Multifamily apartments and self-storage facilities. Following a common path he got his Utah real estate license and began his career as a sales agent. Saving commissions for down payments he began to build his real estate empire, and now is his own best client with 95% of his business being acquisitions for his privately held companies and partnerships. With an intense focus in “Off Market” deals Tyler is at his best working directly with owners to structure outstanding opportunities for both buyer and seller. Continually trading his assets once the value has been maximized has allowed Tyler to continually expand and push forward into the market, currently owning residential, multi family, and commercial real estate assets along with private lending and private equity investments. Tyler feels like he is just getting started.
Alan Walker
Alan Walker has been investing in real estate for the last 5 years. He started as a buy and hold investor with a W-2 job and in 2017 transitioned to a full time real estate investor. He has 13 doors currently, does multiple flips a year and is a full-time agent. Half of his business comes from investors and half comes from everyday folks buying and selling homes. He is always looking for more flips, so if you have a deal, add him to the list! alan@roccoriley.com 801-867-2345
