Are you a real estate investor who would like to go to the BIGGER deals?

Many investors start off by investing in single family properties for rentals, wholesale deals, or to fix and flip.

However - when there is a BIGGER deal, chances are - there is a BIGGER profit.

Join the Utah REIA for the June Main Monthly Meeting for a discussion with three local investors who went from investing in single family properties into bigger, multi-family properties.

 - Tate Siemer is a passionate real estate entrepreneur, creating value and opportunity for investors through innovative multi-family projects. He is committed to developing affordable, eco-friendly housing that enhances both the community and the well-being of its residents. Tate’s real estate background consists largely of sweating it out on single-family flips that yielded modest five-figure profits.  In 2018, Tate and his partner, Carl York, “saw the light”, left single-family flips and began their ventures in multi-family investing by purchasing two new-build, luxury townhome projects in downtown Salt Lake City.  They next flipped a twelve-unit apartment complex, followed by two raw land purchases which they progressed through entitlement to “shovel-ready” building permits.  Tate recently created GreenLight Multi-Family Properties focused on direct-to-owner apartment acquisition and value-added equity generation. GreenLight creates compelling opportunities for investors to participate in both short and long term scenarios with maximum return on minimal risk due to asset ownership.  Tate loves helping fellow investors and is available for further discussion at: (801) 699-4532.

They currently live in Salt Lake City UT after 20 years in Austin TX, and are parents of six homeschooled children ages 22 to 8. Recently, she has 122 more units under contract in a new development mid rise in a downtown Salt Lake opportunity zone.

They have extensive property management and construction management experience, as well as partnering in a variety of deals as private lender, deal sponsor, co-owner, syndicator, and Emma is a former real estate photographer. Emma specializes in small business project management with a BS in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing Design. Troy is the IT guy keeping the operations running smoothly with his background in data science tech startups. As Key Credit Partners and owners on several properties, they have experience in creatively getting transactions to the finish line through relationships with lenders, attorneys, contractors, and seller rapport, while building both in-house and third-party property and asset management teams.
