At the May Networking Luncheon, Developer, Ben Lakey will be providing us the basics of Development and showing us How to Turn Dirt into CASH!
During his presentation, Ben will educate us on:

  1. How to subdivide a large lot
  2. Who to hire
  3. What to avoid
  4. How to avoid a dead deal with the right contract
  5. How to start

Ben Lakey is a Developer in Utah County. He's been an investor for 14 years and completed 100 development deals, plus another 100 wholesale deals.

Ben is currently in the process of a 1200 lot development, a 45 lot development, and 8 other projects.

Ben is a father of three and married to Christina. They currently reside in Provo, UT.
