As we often do in a heavy rain storm, it can be very beneficial to follow someone in their tracks.  This is no exception when it comes to commercial real estate.

If you are interested in investing in commercial real estate, come join us and learn from one man's adventure down the commercial real estate path at the November Main Monthly Meeting where Justin Earl, founder of J.B. Earl Company (an innovative commercial/residential mixed-use development company) will present to us, "Broadway Bound to Big Buildings: An Uncommon Journey to Commercial Development."

During his presentation, Justin will share with us:

  • Land acquisition strategies
  • Adapt or Die in a changing market
  • Create and Capture Value in development deals
  • Who's the King? Cash or Control?
