Auction L.I.T.E. So You Don't Loose Money in the Dark

with... Rud Johansen

a presentation about foreclosure auctions

Tuesday, October 22, 2019

SLCC, Miller Campus, KGMC
9750 South 300 West
Sandy, UT 84070

When a property owner is delinquent on the mortgage, the bank will then step in and hold a foreclosure auction for that property.  Because the bank is trying to recoup loan balances, these properties can usually be purchased at a great price.  Something is better than nothing, right?

Meet Rud Johansen - someone who has attended Trustees Auctions most every day for the past 20 years.  He knows the ins and outs of Foreclosure Auctions and is here to help us take advantage of these opportunities.

At the October Monthly Meeting, Rud will be teaching us "Auction L.I.T.E. So You Don't Loose Money in the Dark".  This will be one presentation that has been in the works for the past 20 years!

During this presentation, Rud will teach us about the L.I.T.E. process:

1-Locate
2-Inspect
3-Title
4-Execute bid
