These types of deals are referred to as the "Hidden Market" and at this year's Utah REIA Annual Expo, Featured Presenter, Tony Youngs will be sharing with us how we can uncover them.During his first presentation, "Uncovering the Hidden Market", Tony will share with us:
- Find really good deals with no for sale signs
- How to get over the fear of making offers
- How to fund the deals you find
- Why no-one else knows about the deal
- Probates, bankruptcies, code enforcement,
- Delinquent owners, divorces, etc.
During his second presentation, "Secrets to Contacting & Communication", Tony will share with us:
- How to find hard-to-find owners
- Get their cellphone, email, current address
- How to get all their relatives contact info
- How to see if they have liens or violations
- Find owners of any vacant property
ABOUT TONY YOUNGS: Tony Youngs has been a full time real estate investor for 32 years. He bought a home study system in 1986 at a seminar and actually applied it. Within his first 3 weeks he stumbled across a foreclosure that was desperately in need of repair. He bought the property with OPM and renovated it and 88 days later received a check for $27,566, 83. That check was equal to a years wages at his job as an Aircraft Mechanic, A career he gave up after five rapid real estate deals.Due to his rapid success, The author of the home study system hired Tony to train others how to use his system. Tony discovered the ”HiddenMarket” and authored his own system and large real estate companies hired Tony to train their students and employees by taking them out in the markets of their own cities. Tony has literally taken students by the hand and knocked on doors of distressed Hidden Market properties in all 50 states.Tony still to this day goes out and acquires distressed properties every week and rehabs them if they have 50 to 100k profit potential, and wholesales the rest of them to other investors.Tony advocates, if you’re not making offers, you’re not making money.
