Between being an agent, acquiring, and developing property, Eliot has collectively worked on over one billion in closed real estate transactions.

Eliot started working in commercial real estate in 2003 working in tenant representation with Jones Lang Lasalle 15 years ago.  He has done a significant amount of multifamily development with the United States Navy as part of Clark Realty Capital helping to develop housing for military families. He has also purchased large apartment complexes (in excess of $500 MM in value) around the country to implement value-add strategies such as improving interior and exterior conditions to modernize communities and to maximize value for investment groups. He also has an active Utah real estate license and helps clients with residential where it makes sense.   Prior to being an active real estate agent in Utah, he was a broker in California and was the Broker of Record for a property management company with close to 2,000 leases. Though skilled at balancing high volumes, Eliot also loves connecting on a personal basis to find the perfect situation to fit the unique needs of families and investors.

Eliot has also had operational roles and worked in mergers and acquisitions. He received an undergraduate degree from BYU studying finance and then received an MBA from the University of Virginia studying real estate and finance.  He has 4 children and lives in Draper, UT.
