The Utah REIA holds four regular monthly events:
- Utah Investor Meetups are held live the first Thursday from 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Club 90 - 9065 Monroe Street, Sandy, UT 84070.
- Monthly Networking Luncheons are held every second Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Salt Lake Community College, Miller Campus, Miller Free Enterprise Center (MFEC), Room #203 - 9750 South 300 West, Sandy, UT 84070. Virtual attendance option available.
- Utah Wholesale Meetups are held virtually the second Thursday from 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Main Monthly Meetings are held every fourth Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Salt Lake Community College, Miller Campus, Karen Gail Miller Conference Center (KGMC) - 9750 South 300 West, Sandy, UT 84070. Virtual attendance option available.
