MORE ABOUT PAUL:  Paul is a director and commercial loan officer with Bonneville Multifamily Capital, based in Salt Lake City, UT. Paul has originated over $40 million in multifamily real estate loans and currently has ownership in 94 doors.

Having experience in many facets of the real estate industry, Paul has immersed himself in multifamily finance. As a practitioner of multifamily real estate, he has a deep understanding of what his client’s needs are because he experiences the same things they do.

Paul’s personal mission statement is: “To maximize my clients’ return on investment by putting their needs and goals first to provide the optimal financing for their multifamily assets.”

Lending capabilities include market rate and affordable apartment buildings, student housing, seniors housing and healthcare facilities. Project types include new construction, substantial rehabilitation (value add), purchase/acquisition, refinance (including cash out), as well as bridge and short-term capital needs. Multifamily loan programs include HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae (FNMA), Freddie Mac (FHLMC), Insurance Companies, and private capital.

Paul has achieved the Mortgage Bankers Association “AMP” (Accredited Mortgage Professional) certification, has authored over 50 multifamily blog posts, been published in Rental Housing Journal, and has been a featured guest on the #1 iTunes real estate podcast “The Real Estate Guys Radio Show” and the “Landlording For Life” podcast.
