MORE ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:

JIM SCHULTE:
Jim is President for Restore Utah where he oversees investing, rehabilitation and leasing activities. In the course of a diverse 25-year career in various as aspects of real estate development, investment and consulting Jim has proven himself to be skilled at planning and developing real estate projects, securing development rights, completing successful investments and evaluating market conditions. His real estate career includes management team roles at Kennecott Land and Boeing where he was responsible for the planning and entitlement of 89,000 acres in Salt Lake and a 260-acre infill project in Long Beach, CA. Other activities in his career have included apartment acquisitions totaling over $75 million for Archstone, and international real estate consulting assignments. Jim holds an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA and a BBA in real estate and finance from SMU.

JON NEVIASER: 
Jon is General Manager for Rize Property Management where he oversees property management operations for Restore and new business development for third party clients. He has extensive experience in operations management, business development and sales within real estate and previously the outdoor industry. Throughout his real estate career he has focused on providing clients with the maximum return on investment while constantly improving operations platforms to gain efficiencies. Jon previously held a management role at JG Real Estate in Philadelphia where he managed evolving operations of a rapidly growing client base. He has a BA in political science from the University of Vermont.
